🧊 Promotional Special — $99

Best for: Daycare centers, youth camps, and employee appreciation events

Weekday rate (Mon–Thu): $99 flat
Weekend rate (Fri–Sun): $149 flat
Service window: 30 minutes
Included cones: Up to 50
Extra cones: $2 per additional child
Travel area: Within 10 miles of Missoula

Need more time? For 31–60 minutes, we simply double it:

• Weekday: $198 for up to 100 cones

• Weekend: $248 for up to 100 cones

Events longer than 60 minutes move to our standard private event pricing below.

Outside Missoula? Add $3.25 per mile (one-way) beyond the 10-mile radius.

🎉 Private Events — $200/hr

Best for: Birthdays, weddings, corporate parties, block parties, and HOA events

First hour (Mon–Thu): $200 flat
First hour (Fri–Sun): $250 flat
Included per hour: Up to 80 snow cones
Additional hours (Mon–Thu): $100/hr
Additional hours (Fri–Sun): $130/hr
Extra cones beyond cap: $2 per cone

Each additional hour adds 80 more cones to your total capacity. No per-head anxiety — just book the hours and we handle the rest.

🎪 Festivals & Public Events

Best for: Community festivals, fairs, and large public gatherings

Minimum sales guarantee: $400
How it works: If total sales are under $400, the organizer pays the difference. If sales hit $400+, you pay $0 in mobilization fees.
Travel: Outside 10 miles? Travel fees may apply (negotiable for large events).

🌱 Fundraisers

Best for: Schools, youth sports, and local organizations

We bring the trailer. You bring the crowd. A percentage of every cup sold goes directly back to your organization. No upfront cost. No risk.
